GEORGE MEAD

February 5, 1950 - September 19, 1993

George Eldon Mead, 43, Kansas City, died Sunday, Sept. 19, 1993, at his residence.

Mr. Mead, a native of St. Joseph, had lived in Kansas City the past 19 years where he was employed by Farm and Home Savings Association until 1992.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Cleo Mead in 1976, and a half sister, Joyce Williams.

Survivors include his father and stepmother, George and Cassie Mead, St. Joseph; two sons, Scott J. and Trent Mead, both of Kansas City; one daughter, Aubri Mead, Kansas City; two stepbrothers; and one stepsister.

Funeral services were held Sept. 22 in St. Joseph with burial in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery, Craig."
